Praktattva Spaces: Pioneering Chhattisgarh’s First Landscape Architecture Firm
In an era where cities are expanding faster than ever and the natural world is under increasing pressure, a quiet but powerful design movement is emerging from Central India—one that looks beyond conventional architecture to reimagine how people, place, and ecology coexist.
At the heart of this movement is Praktattva Spaces Pvt. Ltd., a young yet visionary design studio founded by Architects Divya Gupta and Tanuj Gupta. Headquartered in Raipur with an expanding presence in Delhi NCR, the studio draws its name from the Sanskrit roots Prakriti (nature) and Tattva (the five elements), symbolizing a design philosophy that is elemental, intuitive, and deeply connected to its environment.
The founders, both trained as landscape architects with strong architectural grounding, bring complementary strengths that make PrakTattva’s work distinct.

Ar. Divya Gupta is a Landscape Architect, researcher, and Visiting Professor at NIT Raipur. Having worked with BDP Ltd. and NMP Design Pvt. Ltd., she contributed to landmark projects including Godrej Golf Links Township and Al Fahidi Fort, Abu Dhabi. Her published research champions resilient, eco-sensitive, evidence-based landscape design.
Tanuj Gupta

Ar. Tanuj Gupta is an architect integrating architecture, landscape, and Vastu into a cohesive design philosophy. With experience at AECOM India and NMP Design, he contributed to Mumbai Coastal Road, Kartavya Path, and Vizag Smart City, and currently serves as a consultant for DLF Infra TDD.
